I set up a a Seminar that consists of 5 different classes. I want my students to pay once with paypal and have access to the 5 classes of the seminar. I was able to set up pay pal students can enroll but separately on each class.

You can setup a normal course for Paypal payment and connect 5 courses by "Course Meta link" plugin. So that they can access by paypal sttudents.
