We need a new question type for off-line questions. These only have a question text and possibly a solution text. The students hand in their solutions off-line, for example on paper. This is often necessary in mathematics where formulas and diagrams are to tedious to produce in electronic form.
The questiontype must provide a convenient way for the teacher to enter the marks. This will be in the form of a page listing all the students together with a field for the mark. This will be linked to from the new question table on the teacher's view.php.
The table of students and grade fields must be paged as well as sortable by it column headings: first name, last name, grade. The code to achieve this sorting and paging should be the same as that used on the new results overview page.
Possibly one might also want to optionally allow the teacher to enter feedback text for the student together with the mark.
