Hi,

 

I am new to Moodle and Mysql.  I set moodle up a while back on a Windows 2008 Server R2 64.   Iititially I got it working from the local host.  But it took me long to finally to make it public accessible.

Yesterday it finally worked.  Then I forgot the password.  Some say the passwword is in the mysql table and you can copy the guest password to admin...  But can anybody give me a step by step?  I don't knwo how to do that in mysql.  I have the MySQL 5.5 Command Line Client.  Thank you.

OK.  I downloaded and installed phpMyadmin and was able to open the user table and copy and paste the guest password to admin password.  Thank you.
