I'm using Moodle 1.9.9 and I have a scale attached to a forum. I just want to use this scale to allow students to rate posts by teacher that state if teacher's post are useful or not. So I would like students to be able to rate teacher's posts but prevent perr rating of other students' posts. Is there any way this can be achieved?
