Just updating some course files after upgrade to 1.9.15 and have noticed hyperlinks to MP3 files are displaying differently - eg in one course have image of phonetic characters (for pronunciation) hyperlinked to audio file of someone speaking words with that sound. In v1.9.10 these displayed as the symbol image alongside media player, but now the image is gone and is replaced by link saying "MP3 audio" - which is forcing download rather than playing in-situ. Attached image shows display and edit modes for same content, so the symbols are there, just not being displayed. Any suggestions why this has changed - and what needs tweaking to fix?
