I have hosted moodle site and currently have 627 students added to the moodle. Yesterday and today when I tried to add students, I can get the add new student form but I can't submit it successfully. Internet Explorer says it can't display the webpage. Then when I click refresh the page shown is my account. Why?

First check that your internet connection is working fine and then try again. I think that it's worth trying another browser like Mozilla Firefox for example.
If it still didn't work, try uploading multiple users:
