There does not seem to be much documentation on the functionality of the PayPal module and the process that occurs when someone enrolls to a course via the PayPal feature or when a refund is issued.
My main question is when a refund is issued in PayPal does the enrollment in Moodle 2.1 automatically update?
Has someone used this feature in 2.x and knows that it works?
