Enrolment

We have Moodle 1.9 with the Authorize.net plugin. Recently we have only been getting some of the course enrollments notifications. Now it has escalated to us not receiving any of the enrollment notifications. I cannot find where the notifications are being sent from. Any help is greatly appreciated!
