Help! Admin Permissions gone

Help!!! I logged in as administrator this morning, and I have very limited access. It appears as if the "administrator" permissions are all screwed up. No other roll has the capability of changing permissions, so I'm stuck. There are only the "front page" settings in the "Site Administration" menu on the right side of the fromt page.

Where are the permissions kept, and is there a fix?

Sorry, New to forum and didn't get a response here. Should I have deleted this one first?

No, only the moderator can delete postings.

The answer is, "If you really feel your topic falls in two forums (e.g. a major development in the Quiz module that may impact other parts of Moodle), pick the most specific (e.g. Quiz forum) and post a small pointer to the other discussion in the second forum (e.g. General developer forum)."

Thanks so much! I want to be a "good Moodle citizen". The more I get into Moodle and the network around it, the more I like it.

I'll spend some more time going over the forum rules.
