Most course I believe are taught as blended learning courses. With face-to-face contact time supplemented with online learning. Well, I don't know any high school teachers who teach virtually, but you might find some
(1) here at moodle.org
(2) at my blog moodurian.blogspot.com's bloglist (that's the right column where I list the RSS feeds of several other bloggers)
(3) at wiziq.com where you can sign up for a free web conferencing session (e.g., some virtual class on Science, management or maths topic) just to get an idea of how web conferencing can work for you.
