We're using 2.1.1. I've assigned several people in my department the role of Manager. When they logon, only courses in which they are enrolled show on their Home page. No other courses are visible. This seems contrary to the documented description of this role.
This is a problem because I'd like Managers to be able to enroll users in individual courses when necessary.
I looked through all the many role settings for Managers and I can't find the one that gives them access to all courses. Any suggestions?
