How to recover the "settings" block after hiding

Hi:

I went to "site administration > plugins > blocks > manage blocks".

Then i selected the "hide" option on the settings block.

How do i make it visible again?

Log in as admin and then type directly into the browser bar

http://YOURMOODLESITE.com/admin/blocks.php

where YOURMOODLESIET.com is the address of your own Moodle.

This will take you back to the manage blocks screen

What if i want to hide it from some specific user or course?
