I have been using the HotPot module for HotPotato exercises on Moodle 1.9.10.
But all of sudden, the all Japanese writing became something like "#x3059;#x307f;#x307e;#x305b;#x3093;#x3001"
How can I fix this?
You'e got the same problem Larry had:
Someone has changed PHP on your server to use a faulty libxml. You need to ask them to change the libxml that PHP is using.
