I installed the lastest questionnaire on Moodle 2.1.2+, but after I visited the admin page and the tables were created I was transfered to an empty (white, no content whatsoever) page. It looks like something went wrong.
If I log in as a normal user (student, teacher) everything is fine but the admin account doesn't see anything (blank page) after login. There is no error in PHP I can see and sadly no way I can turn debugging on.
I tried removing the questionnaire files from the mod/ directory and deleting the tables from MySQL but the problem persists. Is there a way I can fix this, something I have to remove or add? My backup is two days old and I'd hate to revert and lose data.
