We use Moodle (1.9.4) as an e-learning platform and have been doing so since 2007.
I have never had problems with certificates before but now staff are reporting that they are unable to download certificates dispite the fact that they have passed the course but this is not effecting all staff so it doesn't look like it is in the certificate set up, it also does not appear to be one particular course.
I have asked them all if they have Flash 10, asked if they can open PDF documents and if they have pop ups blocked (taking them through a process to 'trust the site' and allow popups) but this still does not help.
I have also double checked the system and it has registered their passmark and when I download the certificate for them it works... They are all reporting a blank grey screen, are some of our PC's missing a programme for this? It is very odd as it has only started happening in August and we have not had any updates.
