My Moodle has a theme which is based off the standard 'base' theme, with heavy CSS modifications (called 'city'). I've also got three accessible themes, based off 'city' with CSS that strips out all colours and fancy things.
All three accessible themes are built the same way (just with different colours in the CSS). Two of them work fine, however one is giving me errors whenever I try and upgrade Moodle. It does it on my live server and my test servers.
The error I get is:
Plugin "theme_city-by" is defective or outdated, cannot continue, sorry.
I've checked everything that seems obvious. This theme is at theme/city-by, the config.php file has the correct theme name and the language settings are at theme/city-by/lang/en/theme_city-by.php
Since this theme is exactly the same as the two other themes, I really can't figure out what is going on here. I can eventually get updates to apply so this isn't a showstopper, but I'd like to get to the bottom of this issue.
I've attached the offending theme. Obviously, you won't be able to install it since you won't have the 'city' dependency. But if anyone is (kind/bored) enough to have a look, I would really appreciate it.
