i create an enseignement feedback.
the administrator can answer the question.
the other users can't answer the question.
how could i give them the permission to answer my own feedback?
please i need help.

I don't know what an enseignement feedback is.
To complete a feedback the both capabilities "feedback:view" and "feedback:complete" must be permitted.
Is the feedback located in a course by default only students enroled in this course can complete this feedback.
Is the feedback located on the frontpage so by default nobody except the admin is allowed to complete this feedback. To allow this you can go to the permission settings of this feedback and permit the capability "feedback:complete" to the authenticated user.

Moodle 2.x
- click on your feedback
- go at the left site to Settings -> Feedback administration -> Permissions
- At the line started with "Complete a feedback" click on the plus icon and add the role "Authenticated user" and then click on the button "Allow".
Moodle 1.9.x
- click on the update icon
- click on the tab "Override permissions"
- click on "Authenticated user"
- At the line started with "Complete a feedback" activate the option "Allow" and click on "Save changes"

All things go on ok. in feedback . i can create feedback , have statics , have statics on Excel, mail to ask students to answer feedback . My big problem is that the students can't answer the feedback. i have all the time the some error message even i follow steps .

- You have to be admin or manager for the frontpage
- Click on the feedback located at the frontpage
- Click on Permissions
- Click on the "+"
- Choose "Authenticated user"
- Click on "Allow"

the shown settings are correct. But you have to look to the permissions of the feedback. Your screenshot shows the permissions for the whole site.

I ran into the same problems and tried the instructions above (Moodle 2.2). After selecting the feedback activity on the front page and clicking Permissions, I get this nasty error:
Permissions in Feedback: algemene enquete
Coding error detected, it must be fixed by a programmer: moodle_database::get_in_or_equal() does not accept empty arrays
I pasted the error in the Moodle Tracker, but didn't get any respons there. I hope someone knows the answer...
Perhaps this helps solving it: I created the feedback assignment using a template I created in another course. Perhaps I have to make a brand new one? I'll give it a try.
