My organisation is looking at upgrading from Moodle 1.9 to the next Moodle version.
As LMS site administrator I think I have a pretty good handle on what our organisation should have, taking into account my day to day interactions with stake holders, listening to their requirements across the board from, courses, ability to track staff training progress by a manager, individual training plans, booking f2f training and more - Totara seems to fit the bill.
We have approx 13000 users, we have been running Moodle 1.9 for a couple of years, with approx 60 courses running and all the user data. Our Moodle is an internal system fed by LDAP with staff IDs, it interfaces with our HR system i.e. completion and results are fed across to training records.
I understand 1.9 courses and user data can be converted ( zipped then restored) into 2.0.
My question is - Can all existing 1.9 courses with user data be able to be converted into Totara ?
