I'm trying to change the Default role for all users to Student but it currently is listed as None. Underneath the setting it has an error of:
Invalid current value: 7
This setting is preventing me from being able to implement Moodle, if I could just get this fixed I'd be all set! Thanks in advance.

Have you deleted any roles in your system? Presumably role id=7 used to exist, and no longer does.
I don't believe so. I even added a role to see if that would fix it but with no luck. The role that should be here is Authenticated user, which I just verified as being userid 7. The url on the Define Roles page for Authenticated User is:
admin/roles/define.php?action=view&roleid=7
