Thanks also for the tips, they came in really handy when i was installing also.
Another problem I had was that when I was clicking on the link it was linking me to a page
http://localhost/moodle/admin/
which was telling me that the webpage did not exist
however it worked when I (accidentally) used
http://localhost//admin/index.php
I dont know why.
Does anyone know the answer to this unexplained result? I hate when things work and i dont know why.
