In my course I have a pdf file, a link to a flash movie and my lesson.
I need the student to view the pdf first, then the movie then the lesson.
In my pdf I have a link on the last page that takes the student to my movie, the problem I'm having is going from the movie to the lesson.
I've put a link in the last frame of the movie, but it takes me to my login page for moodle.
Is there any way to link to my lesson directly from a movie?

Your question is not so much a dependency as it is a linking issue.
The dependency in your lesson would be that they have to view the 2 links before they can enter the lesson.
In theory, In a Lesson you could embed a link to the PDF on one page. Then have a embedded link to your Movie on another Le pages, just to keep my students honest.
Alternatively, create a lesson for the PDF and another for the Movie. Do the embed things mentioned above. Use the Lesson setting which will provide a link to the next activity. That meets your stated goal
