I want to find some technical solution for moodle for:
- Send SMS on mobile phones (not smartphone or tablet or other terminal advanced -> I insist on it because the training is for individuals equipped with a mobile phone) and
- Receive SMS learners: eg individual responses to previously sentquizzes on their laptop and
- Automatically replies to exploit the SMS platform
