I was just informed my one of my teachers that the spell checker in TinyMCE is not correcting words for users running IE 8. I had not noticed because I use FF. IE 9 seems to be OK. Unfortunately, most of our users are limited to IE 8 when using school computers. I have tried several themes with no luck, and switched spelling engines. When clicked, misspellings are underlined, corrected words are suggested, but the misspelling is not corrected. The same thing happens here on moodle.org.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
