I have created a "College Admin" role which is a copy of the Teacher role and allowed this role to be assigned at category level.
They can see the courses and do the usual things however, a couple of problems have arrisen:
1) They cannot "switch role to" - There is no option for this even though I have set the capability to allow.
2) They can enrol users but cannot give them a role - There is no option for this again it just says "none" even though I have set the capability to allow.
Any ideas? A techer who is assigned at course level is fine and can do the above but when they are assigned at categoy it stops them from doing it!?
