I am seeking some assistance. I have a lecturer who when he logs in is seeing incorrect information in the description area of his profile. The information there is from a couple years ago. His description should now change based on the new information that should be in our HR system (SAS). That has not happened and when we try to change it manually it goes back to the old description within a couple hours. Can anyone offer any advice?
