Desperately seeking some assistance! We have one instance of Moodle and trying to integrate another server to host a subset of courses for a pilot test migration. I have been experimenting with mnet but feel as though I might be in over my head as I can't seem to get it working properly. I have managed to get the following going:
- all faculty and students log in and authenticate on one main server (ldap)
- by clicking on a category, teachers and students are re-directed to 2nd server (set up using network services block and mnet)
- teacher and student can click on course and enrol
Problems:
- users are being displayed twice, sometimes 3 times .. in the participants' list
- if a teacher or student is enrolled in one of the remote server courses - the course does not show up on their My Courses list when they log into the host instance
