How can I add a simple text line -something like "If you are not reading this mail properly, please visit our webpage- to the forum's mail?

Manel-Try looking in the language folder for whatever language you are using on your site for a file called forum.php. This contains all of the language strings used in the forum, including the emails it sends out (see the string 'postmailinfo'). Modify it however you want, and future emails will include that text.
