Help with Q & A Forum

I am trying to set up a Q & A Forum assignment for my students for this Friday, Setp. 16.  Where is the scheduling part?  I need to be able to have the assignment open (not before) Friday morning, and I need it to close by Sunday at noon-ish.  We have recently upgraded to Moodle 2.1.  I did this forum last year and was able to schedule the open and close time.  Can this be "changed" by next week?

Are there other problems I need to be aware of.  Please advise ASAP!  THANKS!

In Site administration->Advanced features, checking the "Enable conditional access" box will allow date (and other) conditions on activities and resources.

Hi,

Our conditional access is enabled, but only date is availabe. Is there a way to make the time available as well? Thank you!
