I am setting up system for a company to track employees through approximately 370 competencies across a variety of jobs in the business.
I need to be able to see and print/export the results for each employee on a regular basis for the general manager to monitor progress of each employee through their required competencies.
I am setting up the competencies as courses with a range of graded activities to be used, depending on the nature of the competency.
Can anyone suggest the most efficient way for this employee progress report to be generated each month.
