Hello, We have had a few complaints from end users (teachers) regarding the view scales feature of the grade book. More times than not, the action ( view scales) from
the grade book, takes a very long time to execute (4 minutes) and you are lucky if you get a response. We do not manage a lot of scales yet it still takes a unacceptably long time.
We have tried to debug but to no avail. I checked MDL-1883 but we are running moodle 1.99x.
Does anyone have any experience with this? If so, any suggestions?
