I'm evaluating Moodle to be used at the company I work for and I was surprised how fast and easy it was to get started. I set up LDAP authentication and database authentication without any hitch!
I haven't found these features yet, but hoping someone with more knowledge would be able to help?
1. Ability to have competencies associated with courses (upon completing all SCORM objects in the course, the user will get the competency) - I found outcomes but I'm not clear how to set it up to report correctly
2. Ability to have course completion records or if above works, outcomes (or competencies) records sent to another database (our employee database).
