I am new to Moodle, so please forgive me some ignorance.
I've added a lesson with a question page. Goal: a lesson with some content (explaining the why of the subject) and giving the student an option to enter his goals in life. This last question is meant for the student for his own reference, and to get him thinking about the subject. Also, the lesson is meant to stay open to come back, reference your own answer and - if you want - edit it. This last part doesn't work with my approach (lesson - question); the student will just get an empty answer which he can fill in again.
What is the best solution in moodle to get a question which answer will stay if you reopen it (by the student) en gives an option to edit it?
