We run automated backups of our courses (Settings -> Site administration -> Courses -> Backups -> Automated backup setup). The backup runs via our scheduled cron job and each course is backed up as expected.
We are finding that teachers are unable to restore courses that were created using the automated process. Site administrators on the other hand can restore the automated backup files.
I attempted to update the Permissions (Settings -> Site administration -> Users -> Permissions -> Define roles) for the Teacher role. I filtered the permissions on the keyword “restore” and selected “allow” for each permission listed.
Unfortunately teachers can still not restore a course that was created via the automated backup process. Attached is the error they receive when they select the restore option.
We are running Moodle version: 2.0.2 (Build: 20110221)
