I created a 'Student' wiki with Visible groups and initial text file made up of HTML commands. I apparently upset the wiki with the file format (putting a <br /> at the front eventually fixed it), but instead of garbage or an error message about the file, I got a "Course module ID was incorrect" error whenever I tried to access the wiki.
This was under 1.9.
