Hi Itamar, thanks for the feedback. You are right learning path sequencing could be a discentive for instructors so user interface design will be important. I envisage most instructors wishing to use the tool might simply create a simple linear sequence of say 3 or 4 outcomes and then allocate content to those outcomes.
However curriculum publishers could do a lot more. Pearson's mathematics curriculum is already organised using outcome sequences - so enabling them to upload their content to Moodle in their predefined sequences enables adaptive content in a simple to use manner without Pearson having to maintain their own web based learning platform.
