I think the following page:

should have a link to the reverse proxy paragraph in the following page:

http://docs.moodle.org/20/en/Apache

Thanks for the hint. You're welcome to add this link yourself as Moodle Docs is a wiki and as such free to edit for everyone ;-)

You can use the wiki syntax for easy linking to another page in the same wiki. Just put the title of the page in double square brackets. This syntax will also work here in the forums: [[Masquerading]]. You can also directly link to a specific section: [[Apache#Reverse Proxy]].
