I am running moodle ver 1.9.8
downloaded Book for moodle 1.9 Download for Moodle 1.9
I created a book resource with chapters and subchapters.
I copy/pasted some Text from a doc file.
Problem:
The TOC items list location changes (moves up and down ) depending on the page I am on, I normally expect the TOC list to stay in one place at the top . I actually want it in a box on the left. I am trying to design the book to be like the URL below:

can any one send me a view.php or any other files that does TOC this way. My TOC item seems move up and down as i move from page to page. I want the TOC items in a separate box - and donot move as I change pages. If possible, Pl email any files to:
