I in stalled moodle on my server and I forgot my admin password is there a way to reset the admin password. The forgot password does not work as I havent set up my exchange with Moodle.
Can this be resetted at the MYSQL back end?
Yes, if you have access to the mysql tables you can reset your passoword, but the password is hashed, so you cannot just type in a new plain text password.
