Moodle -Admin Password reset

I in stalled moodle on my server and I forgot my admin password is there a way to reset the admin password. The forgot password does not work as I havent set up my exchange with Moodle

search for resetuser.zip and read the instructions carefully. If you leave it in place, you've got a big security hole.
