The feedback displayed in the Gradebook is only the "overall feedback" for an activity. As Lessons do not give overall feedback, only individual feedback for each question, the feedback is not displayed in the Gradebook (even when there is only one question in the entire Lesson).
In order to let students review the lesson, make sure you have set "Allow student review" to "yes" in the Flow Control section of the Lessons settings.
