 /lms2/mod/mod/attendance/add.php was not found on this server

Get this with the install from the module download page when I click "add multiple rolls" from mod/attendance/teacheredit.php?update=141&return=true.

I guess the link is doubling the /mod in error?

Also, choosing "make this roll gradeable" seems to have no effect (it reverts to no and doesn't show up in the gradebook). The module seemed to install it's tables fine, I got no errors on admin during install.

Using Moodle 1.4.2+.

Yes, this is a known bug and it is easily fixed by editing the code (just take out the extra "mod/").
Unfortunately, there are other more serious bugs in this currently unmantained module that render it unsuitable for use. See a previous message from Martin Dougiamas down in this forum in the thread "Session key", calling for someone willing to rewrite it.

As a workaround, I use a fake "assigment" module (without any assigment) when I need to take attendances.
