When you download a Moodle Theme is that basically the same thing as downloading an interface? If so, are they free? Thank you!
A theme is a way of presenting the interface. So for example a theme might put a border around the interface and give it a different colour, or even place components in different ways, but the underlying functionality would stay the same. You might think of it as like clothing for a human, it can change the way you appear and make you appropriate for different situations but your body underneath still does the same things. (Discounting the odd Iron Man exoskeleten of course)
Moodle comes with a set of themes you can experiement with and people make others available at no financial cost.
