Locking option in certificate module for 1.9

Hi All,

Moodle version 1.9.9

To keep it simple and short there we could not find a locking option in the certificate module for moodle 1.9. Does any one know how to get this working so that a certificate is automatically produced and available only after the student has completed a course or activity in the course page?

I have installed the latest certificate version from here on Moodle 2.03:
