I want to share results of students on Moodle in the form of individual files. I don't want every student see other class fellow's file. How can I restrict the students to see other class fellow's file?
You mean you want to upload and send to students an actual file with their grades? You don't want to use Moodle gradebook? Because there they only see their own grades. You could set up an offline assignment via Add an activity >assignment and then click on "view..assignments" to get to the gradebook of the class and then click on each individual name and upload their file into the feedback section there. They will only then see their own file when they click on the assignment feedback.
