I'm creating a proposal for a StackOverflow-like Q&A website for Moodle users, administrators and developers.

As you could imagine, I'm not suggesting to replace the existing Moodle.org, but to provide a new free tool to the Moodle community which could help in obtaining more focused and structured support and in growing the community itself. If you've ever used stackoverflow.com you know what I'm talking about. If you've never used it, you're probably wondering how a new tool could be better than the existing Moodle.org.
