I was trying to work out how/if the 'secretphrase' thing present in 1.9 works in 2.0/2.1.

Now I'm confused.... two things.

1. The 'parameters' option in the resource url setup page doesn't make any sense. There is no help box for it (Grrrrrr.....). You can select from a list of parameters (e.g. course short name) and then there is an editable text box with no indication of what it does. Hmmm....

2. The code for creating the secretphrase link looks for the existence of the file in the subject line and tries to call a function 'extern_server_file' within it. Of course, the file does not exist so it doesn't do anything.

As far as I can see this whole parameters thing is broken, but I might be missing something.
