I had googled all over and did not find any articles about Webex integrated into Moodle 2.0. My two question are:
1. Are there currently any Webex integration plugins/modules for Moodle 2.0?
2. If not, will there be a Webex plugin for Moodle 2.0 in the next 3 months?

Hello Doran, There is a WebEx and Moodle 2.x integration plugin available from Groopex. Mentioned on their compatibility list here.
Although it's only for WebEx Meeting Center, and WebEx Training Center as far as I know.

Here are the steps that you need to do it, we tested with training center
1) Active your Manage user accounts through APIs at:
Site Administration>Site Settings
2) create the link
http://yoursite.webex.com/yoursite/m.php?AT=JM&MK= SessionNumber &PW=XXXXX
AT:JM (join to meeting)
MK: Session Number
PW: password number
(Replace the ones that are in red)
3) Add a Resource> URL. Please write down this parameters

That is how Webex recognizes the name of the Moodle user that wants to access the Webex session.

I want webex integrate with my moodle, but as per your steps i have not found site seting in site administration.

Our solution integrates Webex Meeting Center, Training Center and Event Center with Moodle.
It enables scheduling of Webex events in Moodle, Single-Sign-On (one click in Moodle takes you to the conference with your name already displayed in Webex), viewing of recordings and attendance data.
