I am sure we are all very happy that you were able to solve your problem yourself .
Sorry to not have been of any help, but when I have read your messages I had absolutely no idea of the problem nor of a possible solution.
I am sure everybody was like me, so this is the reason no one answered.
On the other hand it was very difficult for us to guess you had something included in your footer unless you told us so
The lesson of this is to always include as many details as possible when asking for help.
