We are currently using the certificate module (version 2011110101) with Moodle 2.0.3 (version 20110518) and we are receiving an error on the Complete Report when the certificate is listed:
Error: Coding error detected, it must be fixed by a programmer: PHP catchable fatal error
Any help with this issue would be appreciated...
