How to use pictures in Text-Block on"Default My Moodle page"? 2.0.3+

I tried to put a picture in the Text blok on  the "Default My Moodle page".

But only the admin can see the picture .

I think this is a bug.

Using 2.0.3+ and dacaf theme.
